RCA Recommendation:

We recommend that there be a publication of a comprehensive list of all currently active committees and task forces. Each item should include the goal and purpose of the committee, names of current members, timeline for the stated task or purpose.

RESPONSE: As they are formed, a list of committees/task forces with their rationale will continue to be included in our monthly Angelus. This remains our primary vehicle for highlighting immediate changes or new appointments.

Clear communication regarding our collective work is essential for fostering a sense of shared mission and membership. A comprehensive list will now be permanently hosted and regularly updated on the Sisters’ Section of our website. This will serve as a living document that can be accessed at any time for the most current information.

To ensure consistency and clarity, current active committee/task force listings will include a standardized format:

  • Goal and Purpose: A concise statement of what the group is tasked to achieve.
  • Membership: The names of current sisters and collaborators serving on the committee.
  • Timeline: The expected duration of the task.

It is our hope that by making these details more easily accessible, it will empower you to better understand the scope of our communal efforts, feel more connected to the vital work being done, and offer an opportunity for outreach to committee/task force members if the need arises.
