Goal and Purpose: The General Administration has formed a committee to review Faithful Witness in preparation for Chapter 2028. This will involve carefully reviewing Faithful Witness and examining articles that need to be deleted or revised, given our current demographics and realities. This committee will prepare Faithful Witness recommendations to be presented to the Chapter Delegates.
FW 113: Before they are submitted to the Holy See for approval, changes in the Constitutions require a two-thirds vote of the General Chapter.
