Goal and Purpose:
The committee will research the IHM land on both sides of King Road, including Immaculata University, and recommend the best use for the land in alignment with the Congregation’s values and goals which include land preservation, organic farming and attainable housing.
The subcommittee is to:
- Identify and evaluate alternatives/options for all IHM Malvern properties identified by the Planning Committee.
- Provide specific recommendations to the Planning Committee. Recommendations shall include proposed timeframes for consideration and implementation.
- Develop potential Land Use Plans, including:
- Site analysis exhibits
- Planning zone exhibits with timeframes
- Recommend future parcel/property boundaries
- Make recommendations on how to maintain the cemetery in perpetuity.
