As IHM sisters, stewards of the earth’s gifts, we stand in solidarity with all those around the world who suffer from diseases related to poor sanitation and impure water supply. Water is a gift, not a commodity to be sold or hoarded. It is a common possession existing for the good of all living beings and belonging to all. Living in a country where water is easily accessible demands a strong commitment from everyone to conserve and use wisely the resource of water.
