On the evening of September 7, 1966, the last sisters sang the Salve Regina in Mother General’s courtyard and sadly whispered farewell to Villa Maria, West Chester. Their sadness faded into joy as they drove into the “still-in-process” Villa Maria House of Studies, Immaculata. Six months later on March 4, 1967, the new Chapel was ready for our first Mass.
