Sister M. Joan Connell (Eugene Mary), IHM

 

Sister M. Joan Connell, formerly Sister Eugene Mary, died in Camilla Hall on October 21, 2017, in the 65th year of her religious life. She was 85 years old. Born in Philadelphia, PA, Sister entered the Congregation of the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary in 1951 from St. Bartholomew Parish, Philadelphia, PA, and professed her vows in 1954.

Sister taught and was principal in elementary schools in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia and the Dioceses of Allentown and Atlanta, and she also served as a counselor in secondary schools in which she ministered. Sister Joan’s last assignment before her mission in the Apostolate of Prayer in Camilla Hall was as an office assistant at St. Hubert’s High School.

The Funeral Mass was celebrated at Camilla Hall, Immaculata, PA, on Thursday October 26, 2017.

In addition to her congregation, Sister is survived by her sister Mary McBride, sister-in-law Scherle (Joseph Connell) and many loving nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grand-nephews.

She was predeceased by her parents Eugene F. and Mary Tuohey Connell, siblings Eugene (Ann), Daniel, Joseph, and brother-in-law Robert McBride.

 

Sister Regina Mundi Boell, IHM

Sister Regina Mundi Boell, IHM died in Camilla Hall on Saturday, October 7, 2017, in the 63rd year of her religious life. She was 81 years old. Born in Oakford, PA, Sister entered the Congregation of the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary in 1954 from Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Parish and professed her vows in 1957.

Sister taught in the elementary schools of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, and in the Dioceses of Arlington, VA, and Harrisburg and Allentown, PA. Her last assignment was to the Apostolate of Prayer at Camilla Hall Nursing Home where Sister also served on the staff and as manager of the Camilla Hall Gift Shop for many years.

The Funeral Mass was celebrated at Camilla Hall, Immaculata, PA, on Thursday, October 12, 2017. The celebrant and homilist was Msgr. Joseph Logrip. Also concelebrating was Rev. William E. Dean.

In addition to her congregation of IHM Sisters, she is survived by her brothers, Dennis (Dolores) Boell, Joseph Boell; sisters, Elaine, Regina Jakimowicz (James); her sister-in-law Kathleen (Norman), Patricia (John); and many loving nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.

Sister was predeceased by her parents, Norman and Dorothy Murphy Boell, her brothers Norman and John, and her sisters Flora Gershmel and Ann Martino.

 

Sister Marian Teresa Brophy, IHM

Sister Marian Teresa Brophy, IHM (formerly, Sister Joseph William), died in Camilla Hall on Tuesday, October 3, 2017, in the 73rd year of her religious life. She was 93 years old.  Born in Philadelphia, PA, Sister entered the Congregation of the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary in 1944 from Most Blessed Sacrament Parish and professed her vows in 1947.

Sister taught in the elementary and secondary schools in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, taught Religion and English in Chile and Peru and served as a Director of Religious Education in the Diocese of Camden, NJ.  Sister also served as principal in parish schools in the dioceses of Allentown, PA and Raleigh, NC. Her last assignment before the Apostolate of Prayer at Camilla Hall Nursing Home was in the IHM Literacy Center in Philadelphia where she served for 5 years.

The Funeral Mass was celebrated at Camilla Hall, Immaculata, PA, on Monday, October 9, 2017. The celebrant and homilist was Rev. William Dean. Also concelebrating was Msgr. Joseph Logrip.

In addition to her congregation of IHM Sisters, she is survived by her sister, Veronica McDonald, her sister-in-law Ann (Robert) Brophy, many loving nieces and nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, and her congregation of IHM Sisters.

Sister was predeceased by her parents, William and Marian Sheridan Brophy, her brothers, William, Robert, Joseph, her sisters, Anna Marie (Joseph) Yanak, Rosemary (Joseph) Bradley and her brother-in-law James McDonald.

Sister M. St. Kathleen Blaston, IHM

Sister M. St. Kathleen Blaston, IHM, died in Camilla Hall on Wednesday, August 30th, 2017, in the 79th year of her religious life.  She was 96 years old.  Born in Philadelphia, PA, Sister entered the Congregation of the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary in 1939 from Gesu Parish, Philadelphia, PA, and professed her vows in 1941. 

Sister taught in the elementary and secondary schools in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia and served for many years as a guidance counselor at Bishop Denis O’Connell High School in the Diocese of Arlington, VA. Sister also served in the Admissions Office of Immaculata University, then Immaculata College. Her last assignment was at Camilla Hall Nursing Home in the Apostolate of Prayer.

The Funeral Mass for Sister was celebrated at Camilla Hall on Wednesday, September 6, 2017. The celebrant and homilist was Msgr. Joseph Logrip. 

In addition to her congregation of IHM Sisters, she is survived by her sister, Margaret O’Brien, her brother-in-law John Mahon, many loving nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. 

Sister was predeceased by her parents, Michael J. and Anna Downey Blaston; siblings Anne Mahon, Rita and Kathleen Blaston, Joseph Blaston (Mary), and brother-in-law Edward O’Brien, Jr. 

 

Sister M. Margaret Elizabeth Jones, IHM

Sister M. Margaret Elizabeth Jones, IHM, died in Camilla Hall on Tuesday, August 8, 2017, in the 73rd year of her religious life. She was 96 years old. Born in Philadelphia, PA, Sister entered the Congregation of the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary in 1944 from St. Teresa Parish, Philadelphia, PA, and professed her vows in 1947.

Sister taught in the elementary schools in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia and in the Diocese of Allentown, PA. Sister also served for 20 years as an elementary school librarian. Her last assignment was at Camilla Hall Nursing Home in the Apostolate of Prayer.

The Funeral Mass was celebrated at Camilla Hall, Immaculata, PA, on Monday, August 14, 2017. The celebrant and homilist was Msgr. Joseph Logrip. Also concelebrating were Rev. William Dean and Rev. Anthony Rossi.

In addition to her congregation of IHM Sisters, she is survived by her brother-in-law, Harry Bradley, and many loving nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. Sister was predeceased by her parents, John and Margaret Clark Jones, her sisters, Margaret McLean (Benjamin) and Patricia Bradley.

Sister Miriam Glowacz, IHM


Sister Miriam Glowacz, IHM died in Camilla Hall on Sunday, August 6, 2017, in the 64th year of her religious life. She was 82 years old. Born in Philadelphia, PA, Sister entered the Congregation of the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary in 1953 from Nativity Parish, Philadelphia, PA, and professed her vows in 1956.

While Sister began teaching in eighth grade, she spent the majority of her teaching career in high schools in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia; and in the Dioceses of Metuchen, NJ; Arlington, VA; and Allentown, PA. Her last assignment was at Camilla Hall Nursing Home in the Apostolate of Prayer.

The Funeral Mass was celebrated at Camilla Hall, Immaculata, PA, on Saturday, August 12, 2017. The celebrant and homilist was Msgr. Joseph Logrip.

Sister is survived by members of her religious congregation, her sister-in-law Dorothy (Gerald) and many loving nieces, grandnieces and grandnephews. Sister was predeceased by her parents, William and Anne Diamond Glowacz, and her brothers, William (Connie), Gerald, and her sister, Sister Regina Miriam, IHM.

 

Sister Mary Damien O’Donnell, IHM

Sister Mary Damien O’Donnell died in Camilla Hall on August 3, 2017. She was 97 years old. Born in Philadelphia, Sister entered the Congregation of the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary in 1941 from Seven Dolors Parish in Wyndmoor, PA, and professed her vows in 1944.

Sister taught various grades and Music in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia and the Dioceses of Allentown and Harrisburg. Sister entered Camilla Hall in 2004.

The Funeral Mass was celebrated at Camilla Hall, Immaculata, PA, on Tuesday, August 8, 2017. The celebrant and homilist was Rev. William E. Dean. The Concelebrants were Msgr. John F. O’Donnell, Msgr. Patrick E. Sweeney, Msgr. Joseph Logrip and Rev. Matthew K. Biedrdzycki.

Sister is survived by members of her religious community, her brother Rev. Msgr. John F. O’Donnell, and many loving nieces and nephews, grandnieces and grand-nephews.

She was predeceased by her parents, Henry and Bridget McCormick O’Donnell, her brothers, Henry, James, and Francis, and sisters, Patricia (Daniel) Flynn, Catherine (Edward) Greco and Alice (Edward) McCarthy.

 Sister Eunice Marie Timoney, IHM

Sister Eunice Marie Timoney died in Camilla Hall on July 16, 2017 in the 60th year of her religious life. She was 81 years old. Born in Philadelphia, PA, Sister entered the Congregation of the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary in 1957 from Seven Dolors, Wyndmoor, PA, and professed her vows in 1960.

Sister taught in elementary and secondary schools in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia and the Diocese of Allentown. Sister was assigned to Villa Maria House of Studies as the Director of Postulants. She was then elected Treasurer General of the Congregation in 1974 and held that position until 1994. In 1994 Sister was assigned to SS. Philip and James Parish, Exton, PA, to serve as Director of Religious Education. During this time, she was President of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia Association of Parish Directors, Coordinators and Administration of Religious Education (PD/C/ARE) for two terms.

The Funeral Mass was celebrated at Camilla Hall, Immaculata, PA, on Thursday, July 20, 2017. The celebrant and homilist was Rev. Christopher Rogers. The concelebrants were Msgr. Joseph McLoone, Msgr. Sam Verruni, Deacon Charles Polley, Deacon Frank Bisal, and Seminarian. Eric Tamney.

Sister is survived by her sister Dolores Shields, sisters-in-law Norita (Joseph) Miriam (Thomas), Rita (Mark), many loving nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.

She was predeceased by her parents, Joseph and Frances Sullivan Timoney, her brothers, Joseph, Thomas, Clement (Lucille), Mark and brother-in-law Robert Shields.

 

Sister M. Anne Fidelis Tumelty, IHM

Sister Anne Fidelis Tumelty died in Camilla Hall on Thursday, July 6, 2017 in the 65th year of her religious life. She was 88 years old. Born in Norristown, PA, Sister entered the Congregation of the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart in 1952 from St. Philomena Parish in Lansdowne, and professed her vows in 1955.

Sister served in elementary schools and religious education in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia and the Dioceses of Allentown, Arlington, Camden, and Richmond. She retired to Camilla in November, 2001.

The funeral Mass was celebrated at Camilla Hall, Immaculata, PA, on Tuesday, July 11, 2017. The celebrant and homilist was Rev. William E. Dean. The con-celebrants were Msgr. Joseph Logrip and Father Edward Lyons.

Sister is survived by members of her religious community, her sister-in-law Ann Tumelty, loving nephews and nieces, grandnephews and grandnieces.

She is predeceased by her parents, Joseph A. and Anna B. Touey Tumelty, and a brother Joseph.

 

 Sister M. Rita E. Devine, IHM


Sister M. Rita E. Devine, IHM died in Camilla Hall on Tuesday, July 4, 2017 in the 56 year of her religious life. She was 74 years old. Born in Philadelphia, PA, Sister entered the Congregation of the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary in 1961from Our Lady of Mount Carmel, Philadelphia, PA, and professed her vows in 1964.

Sister taught in elementary and secondary schools in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia. Sister also served as IHM Director of Religious Education and in pastoral ministry. Her last assignment was at Daylesford Abbey Spirituality Center, Paoli.

The funeral Mass was celebrated at Camilla Hall, Immaculata, PA, on Saturday, July 8, 2017. The celebrant and homilist was Rev. Dennis J. Carbonaro. The concelebrants were: Rev. Francis X. Sister is survived by members of her religious community, her brother Paul Devine, her sister-in-law Virginia Devine. Sister was pre deceased by her parents, Edward and Rita Hetherington Devine, brothers Edward and Eugene, and nieces and nephews.

 

 Sister Madeline Dolores Farrell, IHM


Sister Madeline Dolores Farrell died in Camilla Hall on Monday, April 10, 2017 in the 63 year of her religious life. She was 81 years old. Born in Brooklyn, NY, Sister entered the Congregation of the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary in 1954 from Most Blessed Sacrament Parish in Philadelphia, PA, and professed her vows in 1957.

Sister served in the elementary schools in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, the Dioceses of Allentown and Arlington. Sister was assigned to Camilla Hall in 2010.

The funeral Mass was celebrated at Camilla Hall, Immaculata, PA, on April 18, 2017. The celebrant and homilist was Monsignor Joseph Logrip. The concelebrants were Monsignor Hans Browers, Reverend Joseph Dragon, and Reverend William E. Dean.

Sister is survived by members of her religious community, by her brother-in-law Donald Watson, her sister-in-law Joan Hatton, many loving nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. She was predeceased by her parents John H. Farrell and Margaret Kane Farrell Hatton, her step-father George Hatton, her brothers John (Catherine), George Hatton, and her sisters Margaret, Patricia Watson, and Honey (Robert) Brady. 

 

Sister Mary of the Sacred Heart Brignola, IHM


Sister Mary of the Sacred Heart Brignola died in Camilla Hall on Thursday, April 4, 2017, in the 68th year of her religious life. She was 86 years old. Born in Phoenixville, PA, Sister entered the Congregation of the Sisters Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary in 1949 from St. Mary Parish, Phoenixville, PA and professed her vows in 1950.

Sister taught in the elementary and secondary schools in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, the Diocese of Allentown and in Peru and Chile. In 1968 Sister started her service to the Church as a Director of Religious Education beginning with Good Shepherd, Camp Hill; St. James, Falls Church; St. Agnes, Sellersville and Our Lady of the Sacred Heart, Hilltown. She retired to Camilla Hall in 2012.

The funeral Mass was celebrated at Camilla Hall, Immaculata, PA, on Monday, May 10, 2017. The celebrant and homilist was Rev. Michael J. Kelly. The concelebrants were: Rev. John Peterson, Rev. Thomas M. Yehl, Rev. William E. Dean and Msgr. Joseph Logrip.

Sister is survived by loving nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. She was predeceased by her parents, Louis and Philomena Dellaquilla Brignola, her brothers Daniel (Betty), Dominic (Phyllis), Gerald (Joan), and her sister Anna (Robert) Feulner.

 

Sister Catherine Dolores White, IHM


Sister Catherine Dolores White died in Camilla Hall on Wednesday, March 31, 2017 in the 72nd year of her religious life. She was 96 years old. Born in Philadelphia, PA, Sister entered the Congregation of the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary in 1944 from St. John the Baptist Parish in Manayunk, Philadelphia, PA, and professed her vows in 1947.

Sister served in secondary and elementary schools in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia and taught seventeen years in our South American schools. She was assigned to Camilla Hall in 2008.

The funeral Mass was celebrated at Camilla Hall, Immaculata, PA, on Friday, April 12, 2017. The celebrant and homilist was Reverent William E. Dean. The concelebrant was Monsignor Joseph Logrip.

Sister is survived by members of her religious community, her sister Bernice Edele and nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.

She was predeceased by her parents, Raymond and Catherine Mullen White, her brothers Joseph (Cora Lee) and Raymond (Grace), and a brother-in-law, John Edele.

 

Sister Assumpta Maria Quinn, IHM

Sister Assumpta Maria Quinn died in Camilla Hall on Friday, March 31, 2017 in the 70th year of her religious life. She was 96 years old. Born in Phoenixville, PA, Sister entered the Congregation of the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary in 1947 from St. Mary Parish, Phoenixville, PA, and professed her vows in 1949.

Sister served in Elementary Schools in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia and the Dioceses of Trenton, and Allentown. She retired to Camilla Hall in 2008.

The funeral Mass was celebrated at Camilla Hall, Immaculata, PA, on Tuesday, April 4, 2017. The Celebrant and homilist was Msgr. Joseph Logrip.

Sister is survived by members of her religious community, by her sister Winifred Higgins, a brother James (Lorraine) Quinn and many loving nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. Sister was predeceased by her parents Patrick and Helene Coyne Quinn, her sisters Mary (Charles) Romano, Elizabeth (Roy) Love, Gertrude (Michael) Gallagher, Alice (Donald) Boyle, Helene (Paul) Elliff and her brother-in-law Francis Higgins.

 

Sister Grace Marie Stankiewicz, IHM

Sister Grace Marie Stankiewicz died in Camilla Hall on Tuesday, March 7, 2017 in the 60th year of her religious life.  She was 77 years old.  Born in Shenandoah, PA, Sister entered the Congregation of the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary in 1957 from St. Casimir Parish in Shenandoah, PA and professed her vows in 1960.

Sister served in the elementary schools in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, the Dioceses of Arlington and Metuchen and various parishes in the Diocese of Allentown for nearly 20 years.

The funeral Mass was celebrated at Camilla Hall, Immaculata, PA, on Saturday, March 11, 2017.  The celebrant and homilist was Rev. William E. Dean.

Sister is survived by members of her religious community, her sisters Valerie Sajone and Eileen Fluharty and many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.  She was predeceased by her parents, August and Violet Stefanski, a sister Barbara Boris, and brothers-in-law Anthony Sajone and Sunny Fluharty.

 

Sister Francis Bernard Butt, IHM

Sister Francis Bernard Butt died in Camilla Hall on January 27, 2017 in the 58th year of her religious life.  She was 76 years old.  Born in Portsmouth, VA,  Sister entered the Congregation of the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary in 1959 from Holy Cross Parish, Lynchburg, PA ,and professed her vows in 1961.  Sister served in the elementary and secondary schools in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia  and the Dioceses of Allentown, Arlington, and Richmond.  Sister retired to Camilla Hall in2012.

The funeral Mass was celebrated at Camilla Hall, Immaculata, PA, on Tuesday, January 31, 2017.  The celebrant and homilist was Rev. William E Dean and the  concelebrant was Monsignor Joseph Logrip.

Sister is survived by members of her Religious Community, by her brothers William (Alice, Donald (Peggy), Lowell, Robert (Eunice), sister-in-law Faith (James) Butt and many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.   She was predeceased  by her parents, William and Hazel Woodruff Butt, sister Betty Louise (Irving) Westbrook, brother James and sister-in-law, Barbara (Lowell) Butt. 

Sister Virgo Maria Werner, IHM

Sister Virgo Maria Werner died in Camilla Hall on Thursday, January 19, 2017, in the 68th year of her religious life.  She was 86 years old.  Born in Wilmington, Delaware, Sister entered the Congregation of the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary in 1949 from St. Athanasius Parish, Philadelphia and professed her vows in 1951.

Sister served in the elementary schools in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia for many years as well as in the Dioceses of Allentown and Richmond.   In 1980, Sister was assigned to the staff of Camilla Hall and served in various positions.

The funeral Mass was celebrated at Camilla Hall, Immaculata, PA on Tuesday, January 24, 2017.  The celebrant and homilist was Monsignor Joseph Logrip.  The concelebrant was Rev. William E. Dean.

Sister is survived by members of her religious community, her sister Barbara Yeagle (Dean), her sister-in-law Henrietta Werner (John) and many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.  She was predeceased by her parents, John and Rose Milligan Werner and her brother John Werner.

Sister Mary Stanislaus Blankemeyer, IHM

Sister Mary Stanislaus, IHM died in Chester County Hospital on Friday,     December 16, 2016 in the 73rd year of her religious life.  She was 92 years old.  Born in Philadelphia, PA, Sister entered the Congregation of the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary in 1943 from St. Laurence Parish, Highland Park and professed her vows in 1946.

Sister served in the elementary schools in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia and the Diocese of Virginia.  She retired to Camilla in 2007.

The funeral Mass was celebrated at Camilla Hall, Immaculata, PA, on Wednesday, December 21, 2016.  Reverend William E. Dean was the celebrant and homilist. The concelebrants were Monsignor William D. Lynn and Monsignor Joseph Logrip.

Sister is survived by members of her religious community, and by her sister-in-law, Concetta (Robert), and many loving nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews.  She was predeceased by her parents, Vincent and Anna McGarrity Blankemeyer, her brothers Harry (Peggy), Paul (Lynn), William (Sally), Francis (Eileen) and her sisters Sr. Anna Cecilia, SND,  Sister Paul Bernard, IHM, Clare  (Richard) Flackler and Cecilia Blankemeyer.

Sister Joan Dolores died in Camilla Hall on Thursday, December 14, 2016, in the 65th year of her religious life.   She was 84 years old.  Born in Strafford, PA, Sister entered the Congregation of the Sisters,  Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary in 1951 from St. Katharine Parish, Strafford, PA,  and professed her vows in 1954.

Sister served in Secondary Schools in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia and the Diocese of Arlington.   Sister retired to Camilla Hall in 2011.

The funeral Mass was celebrated at Camilla Hall, Immaculata, PA  on Monday, December 14, 2016.   Right Reverend Richard J. Antonucci,  O.Praem.  was the celebrant and homilist.  The concelebrants were Rev. William E. Dean and Monsignor Joseph Logrip.

Sister is survived by members of her religious community, by her sister, Sister Margaret John, D.C., her brother-in-law William Conway, and nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.   Sister was predeceased by her parents, John and Margaret Walsh Kelly, her brothers John, Joseph (Edith), James (Kathleen), Thomas (Ursula),  Edward (Agnes) , Charles (Margie),  Aloysius (Doris), and her sisters , Sister Mary Kelly, IHM and Marguerite Conway.

 

Sister Maria Laetitia Levis, IHM

Sister Maria Laetitia Levis died In Camilla Hall on Friday, December 9, 2016 in the 70th year of her religious life.   She was 88 years old.  Born in Philadelphia, PA, Sister entered the Congregation of the Sisters Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary in 1946 from St. Philomena Parish, Lansdowne, PA and professed her vows in 1949.

Sister served in various elementary schools as teacher, principal, and in development offices in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia and the Dioceses of Metuchen, Savannah, Camden and Florida. Sister retired to Camilla Hall in 2008.

The funeral Mass was celebrated at Camilla Hall, Immaculata, PA on Tuesday, December 13, 2016.  Monsignor Joseph Logrip was the celebrant and homilist.  The concelebrants were Monsignor Francis W. Beach and Rev. William E. Dean.

Sister is survived by members of her religious community, her brother Robert (Anne), sisters Rosemary Jensen, Patricia Schuster and her sister-in-law, Mary Levis and many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.  Sister was predeceased by her parents, James and Sara Gillespie Levis, her brother James and brothers-in-law, Ted Jensen and George Schuster.

Sister Carmel Marie Termine died in Camilla Hall on Friday, November 18, 2016 in the 66th year of her religious life.  She was 89 years old.

Born in Norristown, PA, Sister entered the Congregation of the Sisters Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary in 1947 from Holy Saviour Parish, Norristown, PA and professed her vows in 1950.

Sister was assigned to various elementary schools as teacher and principal in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia and the Diocese of Camden, NJ. Sister joined  the staff of Camilla Hall in 2004.

The funeral Mass was celebrated at Camila Hall, Immaculata, PA on Wednesday, November 23, 2016   Right Reverend Richard J. Antonucci, O. Praem. was the    celebrant and homilist. The concelebrants were Rev. William E. Dean and Monsignor Joseph Logrip.

Sister is survived by members of her religious community, her brother, Benjamin and many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.  She was predeceased by her parents Joseph and Lillian Ciaccio Termine, her Sisters Jenny (Alfonso) Gallo, Katherine (Albert) Borzillo, Frances (Natale) Uriani and brothers Michael (Catherine) and Frank (Pearl).

Sister M. Bernadette of  Lourdes Moerman  died in Camilla Hall on Thursday, November 10, 2016,  in the 66th  year of her religious life.  She was 85 years old.

Born in Philadelphia, PA, Sister entered the Congregation of the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary in 1950 from St. Bernadette Parish, Drexel Hill, and professed her vows in 1953.

Sister taught in various elementary schools in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia and the Dioceses of Richmond and Metuchen.

The Funeral Mass was celebrated at Camilla Hall, Immaculata, PA on November 15, 2016. Reverend Stephen A. Moerman was the celebrant and homilist.  The concelebrants were Rev. Timothy O’Sullivan, Rev. William E. Dean and Msgr. Joseph Logrip.

Sister is survived by members of her religious community, her brothers, James (Dorothy) John (Mary) and many loving nieces and nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews.  She was predeceased by her parents, Theodore F. and Catherine E. Bannar (Moerman) and a brother Ted (Mercedes).

Sister Marie Joan Flemming died in Camilla Hall on Tuesday, November 1, 2016 in the 69th year of her religious life.  She was 86 years old.

Born in Philadelphia, PA, Sister entered the Congregation of the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary in 1947 from St. John Baptist Parish, PA and professed her vows in 1950.

Sister taught in various elementary schools in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia and the Diocese of Arlington.  In 1997 she joined the Staff at Camilla Hall.

 The funeral Mass was celebrated at Camilla Hall, Immaculata, PA on November 7, 2016.  Msgr. Joseph Logrip was the celebrant and homilist.  The concelebrant was Rev. William E. Dean.

 Sister is survived by members of  her Religious Community, by her sister-in-law, Patricia Flemming and many loving nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews.

Sister Ancilla Regina Walsh died in Paoli Hospital on Monday, August 15, 2016 in the 62 year of her religious life. She was 79 years old.

Born in Philadelphia, PA, Sister entered the Congregation of the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary in 1954 from Our Lady of Lourdes Parish, Philadelphia, PA, and professed her vows in 1957.

Sister taught in various elementary schools in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia and the Dioceses of Arlington, Metuchen, and Camden. In 1989, Sister joined the staff at Camilla Hall in various areas. Her latest position was in the Spiritual Treasury Office.

The funeral Mass was celebrated at Camilla Hall, Immaculata, PA, on August 19, 2016. Monsignor Joseph Logrip was the celebrant and homilist. The concelebrant was Reverend William E. Dean.

Sister is survived by members of her Religious Congregation, her brother -in-law, Jack Hurd, sister-in-law Roberta (John) Walsh and many loving nieces and nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, Anthony and Nora McHale Walsh, sisters Mary (Jack) Mc Kenna, Nora Smith, Margaret (Logue) Hurd and her brothers Anthony J. and John M. Walsh.

Sister Marie Cosmas Riccioli died in Camilla Hall on Saturday, August 6, 2016 in the 64th year of her religious life. She was 85 years old.

Born in Norristown, PA, Sister entered the Congregation of the Sisters Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary in 1952 from Holy Saviour Parish, Norristown, PA and professed her vows in 1954.

Sister taught in various elementary and secondary schools in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia and the Dioceses of Harrisburg, Miami and Metuchen. She was assigned to Camilla Hall in 2016.

The funeral Mass was celebrated at Camila Hall, Immaculata, PA on August 9, 2016. Rev. T. Christopher Redcay was the Celebrant and Homilist. The Concelebrants were Rev. William E. Dean and Msgr. Joseph Logrip.

Sister is survived by members of her Religious Community, her sister Sara (Robert) DiMarco and her sister-in-law, Gloria (Anthony) and her niece Sister Mary Rose DiMarco, IHM and many loving nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. Sister was predeceased by her parents Cosimo and Maria Cantarella Riccioli, her brothers Michael (Vivian), Charles (Philomena Rose), and Anthony and her sisters, Josephine (Salvator) Cione and Florence (Antonio) Guardino.

Sister Mary McBride died in Camilla Hall on July 29, 2016 in the 71st year of her religious life. She was 90 years old.

Born in Hazleton, PA, Sister entered the Congregation of the Sisters Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary in 1944 from St. Patrick Parish, McAdoo, PA.

Sister taught in various elementary and secondary schools in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia and the Dioceses of Allentown, Arlington, Lancaster, Harrisburg,

and in South America where she served as Regional Superior. Sister was assigned to Camilla Hall in 2012.

The funeral Mass was celebrated in Camilla Hall, Immaculata, PA on August 3, 2016. The celebrant and Homilist was Rev. James McBride. The concelebrants were Rev. Joseph B. Jung, Rev. William E. Dean and Msgr. Joseph Logrip.

Born in Philadelphia, PA, Sister entered the Congregation of the Sisters Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary in 1944 from Immaculate Conception Parish, Philadelphia, PA and professed her vows in 1947.

Sister taught in various elementary and secondary schools in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia and the Dioceses of Harrisburg and Lima, Peru. Sister was assigned to Camilla Hall in 1989.
